Ali-Fit Client Expectations Agreement

As a client of Ali-Fit, I understand that….

  • Communicating with my coach requires full openness and honesty about my adherence to the plan, to ensure the appropriate judgement of how to help me reach my goal.

  • It is expected of me to be as adherent as possible to the training and/or nutrition protocol suggested to me for me to have the best possible results.

  • Checking in on time each week is expected of me so that my coach is to be able to precisely follow my progress and get the best understanding of how I am progressing.

  • Properly filling out the entire update form will expedite my check-in response when updating my coach.

  • Formal check ins with appropriate current photos will be sent to my coach via email each week, and I can expect a 24 hour turn around unless notified otherwise ahead of time my primary communication with my coach will be via email or text.

  • Refunds are not issued unless warranted by the coach.

  • If following an exercise program, you are agreeing that you are cleared by a physician and capable of exercise.
